Accessibility in Weston-super-Mare
Promenade & Seafront
Our wide, level two-mile promenade includes plenty of seating, making it easy to enjoy the views and take breaks when needed.
Beach Access
We are proud to offer a sand-ready beach wheelchair, available to rent free of charge from the Tropicana office (Marine Parade). This enables visitors with mobility impairments to enjoy a day on the beach.

RADAR Keys
RADAR Keys allow access to locked accessible toilets. You can purchase one for £3.50 from Weston-super-Mare Library (Town Hall, Walliscote Grove Road, BS23 1UJ).
Note: the library is closed on Sundays.
Changing Places Toilets
• Weston Town Hall (via library entrance) – available during library hours (not open Sundays). Ramp access. Please bring your own sling.
• The Tropicana – available 7 days a week. Call for access code.
Wheelchair & Mobility Scooter Hire
You can hire mobility equipment from Dalesway Mobility Centre, located on Carlton Street near Premier Inn and Dolphin Square.
