Where? Front Room Theatre

Expect:
- Fun, silly and simple games (think childhood games!)
- Move our bodies
- Short mindfulness exercises to tune into the present moment
- A space to explore the joy of play! No pressure, just curiosity!
You will need:
- Comfy clothes you can move in, as well as colourful clothing or clothes that make you feel happy (totally optional!)
- A curious and open mind.
This workshop is for all adults! There is no pressure to be funny, confident or loud. This is not a drama or comedy workshop - just a space to play, laugh connect with others in a supportive, pressure free environment!
