Love exploring other worlds, battling dragons, or journeying through galaxies far, far away? 🌌 Then join us for our Monthly Fantasy & Sci-Fi Book Club, held every 3rd Wednesday from 7 PM at The Stable Games Room!
The Questing Quill is a monthly book club designed for lovers of board games, fantasy, sci-fi, and adventure. Each month, members will embark on a literary quest together, reading books that inspire the imagination, from epic fantasy sagas to thrilling sci-fi journeys and we will blend traditional book discussions with interactive and thematic activities, making it a unique experience for fans of gaming and speculative fiction.
What to Expect:
- A fun, relaxed discussion about the chosen book of the month
- Recommendations for your next great read
- Character Sheets: Each member creates a fictional persona for themselves, which levels up as they participate in discussions or complete "quests" (e.g., attending meetings, bringing a themed snack, or leading a discussion).
- Quests and Challenges: Mini-games or challenges based on the book of the month, such as trivia, thematic puzzles, or creative writing prompts.
