On the first Sunday of every month Front Room will host a free, guided wellbeing session for the community. Designed to be relaxed, informal, and a space for adults to connect with happiness, confidence, and themselves.
An afternoon of easy, non-performative, & most importantly, FUN improv games that will make you laugh, build your confidence and show you that there’s no need to be afraid of the unknown!
What can you expect in these workshops?
Games to get everyone warmed up and ready to let loose.
Held exercises where you get to play and be silly with others.
To get out of your head and into your body!

Comfy clothes you can move in
This workshop is for all adults! There is no pressure to be funny or loud. This is not a performance workshop – just a space to push yourself out of your comfort zone through playing & laughter in a supportive, pressure free environment!
